Secure delivery to the address you choose. The cart shows the parcel and courier options that actually serve that country.
Dispatch
Items that are in stock are usually handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after we receive your payment. When the parcel leaves us, we send a confirmation to your email.
The transport fee is shown in the cart before you pay. It depends on the delivery method and the destination. We do not promise a free-shipping threshold on this shop. Large items that do not fit a parcel locker, such as furniture, travel by courier, and that fee is shown before payment.
Packing is part of the delivery. Fragile pieces get extra protection, and we do not stick the carrier tape onto the product's own box. Keep the outer carton until you have looked the goods over. The phone number on the order is the one the locker code and the courier use, so it needs to be a number you answer.
Parcel lockers
Where available
If the destination country is served by a parcel locker, you choose the locker at checkout. When the parcel arrives, the carrier sends you a code. You collect it when it suits you.
Courier to your address
Larger items
Courier delivery brings the parcel to the address you enter. It is the right choice for furniture and other bulky goods. Please leave a phone number the driver can use.
Returns
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you simply change your mind, you pay the return transport. If the product is faulty or not as described, we cover the return of the confirmed defect. The full conditions are on the terms of sale page.
