Listening Memory Game "Sensory"
A listening memory game that invites children to match sounds and test their guesses. The 16 wooden containers are filled with balls, beads or coins, and each makes a different sound. Use the acrylic windows to check your guess, then store the containers in the included cotton bag.
Description
Listening Memory Game “Sensory”. Listen and take note! The aim of this acoustic sensory game from the “Sensory” range is to identify, name and pair matching items by listening carefully to their sounds. The set includes 16 wooden containers, filled with materials such as wooden balls, metal balls, plastic beads or wooden coins. Each material makes a different sound when the containers are shaken. Acrylic glass windows on the bottom of the containers let you check what is inside and see whether your guess was right.
The game can be played alone or with several players, and is especially suitable for children and visually impaired people. Thanks to their size and protruding lids, the ergonomically shaped wooden pieces are easy to grip for children and older people. Who can hear the differences? After the game, all the pieces fit into the cotton game bag.
Listen, remember and play
This sensory game promotes the development of hearing and memory and promises lots of varied fun, thanks to its different game variations. It can also be played as a visual memory game, since the different surfaces look different too. One way to adjust the difficulty to a child’s age and ability is to decide whether a container may stay turned over or must be turned back again. This versatile, memory-oriented parlour game trains the sense of hearing while keeping play fun!
