The difficulty level can be adjusted using the two wooden balls, which screw into different positions on the underside of the board. This challenges and trains body tension and balance in different ways. The board’s round shape provides plenty of standing room. One or both wooden balls can be fitted in the centre or at the sides of the underside.
Alternatively, both wooden balls can be fixed in the outermost positions, allowing the balance board to be adapted to children’s abilities and age. Especially practical: the balance board can be used on its own or as part of a creative obstacle course made with training toys from the “Adventure” range.
