Hobby Horse Black "Eddie"

Hobby Horse Black “Eddie”. A horse for fierce adventures! This black hobby horse is more than a classic stick horse — it is an ideal introduction to the modern world of hobby-horse riding. While hobby horses have delighted children as traditional toys for centuries, today the hobby horse is an active training game practised worldwide in competitions, dressage and jumping.

With a soft cloth horse head, a lush, shapeable mane and a short, strong solid-wood stick, this stick horse meets the requirements of today’s children’s riding toys. An accessory set of headstall, lead rope and bridle with an interchangeable browband — which can be swapped for a personal one — offers realistic play options. Thanks to the open horse mouth, the bit-style bridle can be used just like a real one. Reflective eyes with eyelids give the horse a characterful expression for intense play with heart and imagination. Especially practical: the removable wooden stick lets you store the play horse space-efficiently or take it along — ideal for little riders on the go.

Ready for riding, play and practice

A versatile riding toy that has long found its way into hobby-horse competitions and creative training programmes. As a movement toy, it is an ideal partner in the hobby-horse trend sport and delights young and older riders alike — through the nursery, on a garden ride or at the next hobby-horse competition. The mane can be styled and braided to your heart’s content — a popular activity even away from riding, and a fun way to train fine motor skills. Whether playtime leads to imaginative adventures, creative styling or energetic practice, Eddie is ready to be part of the fun. Its removable wooden stick also makes the horse easy to store in a space-efficient way or take along on the go, while the included headstall, lead rope and bridle invite realistic role play. The interchangeable browband can be swapped for a personal one, and the bit-style bridle can be used through the open horse mouth just like a real bridle. With a soft cloth head, lush shapeable mane and reflective eyes with eyelids, this black stick horse has a characterful expression for play with heart and imagination.
