The ventilated outer shell is made of hard ABS. The inner layer of dual-density EPS foam with removable foam padding is easy to take out and wash. It protects the forehead, temples and back of the head, especially in dangerous backward falls. The SCRATCH helmet is also great for other extreme sports such as roller skating, skateboarding or BMX.
