Designed for children from 100 to 150 cm tall, corresponding to a recommended age of 4 to 12 years, Louis adjusts as your child grows. It features two-stage recline adjustment, removable and washable upholstery, ISOFIX installation and 12 headrest positions. The seat complies with ECE R129 – i-Size approval requirements.

Age groups and installation

• Group II (15–25 kg), 3–7 years: installed using the ISOFIX system and seat belts.
• Group III (22–36 kg), 6–12 years: installed using the ISOFIX system and seat belts.

The seat is designed for children in the stated age group until they can switch to travelling without a car seat. It can be used until the child is allowed to ride without one.

Adjust the setting according to your child’s height:

• Position 1: 100 cm.
• Position 2: 101–105 cm.
• Position 3: 106–110 cm.
• Position 4: 111–115 cm.
• Position 5: 116–120 cm.
• Position 6: 121–120 cm, as stated in the supplied height guide.
• The source height guide also includes the entries “6.1” for 121–125 cm and “8” for “1 cm2 -1 131 - 135 cm”; these are retained as supplied because the position labels and measurements are unclear.
• Position 9: 136–140 cm.
• Position 10: 141–145 cm.
• Position 11: 146–149 cm.
• Position 12: 150 cm.

Side impact protection and ISOFIX

The seat’s reinforced side structure is designed to absorb impact forces in the event of a side collision. The SIP system provides additional protection for the child’s head, neck and spine. ISOFIX uses two handles that attach to structural elements of the car, so that once installed the seat is rigidly connected to the vehicle. Installation and removal are described as quick and easy, with correct installation and complete stabilisation while riding on any terrain.
