Nursing pillows are an essential purchase both before and after pregnancy. The ergonomically designed shape fits comfortably around you during pregnancy, providing support and extra comfort. It can also sit comfortably around you while feeding your baby, providing the right posture and support.

The cushions fold double and provide a resting area for your baby after feeding, once they can support their head and neck. As your baby grows, the pillow can be used as a support for sitting, recommended once your child can sit unaided. Alternatively, place your baby on their tummy; this encourages tummy time, which helps strengthen the neck, back and shoulder muscles.

The inner padding is made from fibres that do not lose their shape or compactness over time. The removable cover is machine-washable, making it easy to care for.

Ways to use your pillow

• Feeding pillow: Wrap it comfortably and securely around your waist. It provides support and comfort for both parent and child during breastfeeding or bottle-feeding.
• Rest pillow: Lets your child lie gently on their back and rest comfortably. Recommended when your baby can lift or support their own head and neck.
