Nursing pillows are an essential purchase both before and after pregnancy. The ergonomically designed shape fits comfortably around you during pregnancy, providing support and extra comfort. Alternatively, you can sit comfortably with the pillow around your child during feeding, providing them with the correct posture and support.

The cushions fold over and create a resting area for your child after feeding, once they can support their head and neck. As your baby grows, the pillow can be used as a support when sitting; this is recommended once your child can sit without assistance. Alternatively, place your baby on their tummy. This encourages tummy time, which helps strengthen the neck, back and shoulder muscles.

The inner filling is made from fibres that retain their shape and firmness over time.

Ways to use the pillow

• Pregnancy pillow: Provides support during pregnancy. Simply place it between your knees and ankles to relieve pressure points in your legs, or around your back while sitting or resting.
• Feeding pillow: Fits comfortably and securely around your waist, providing support and comfort for both parent and baby during breastfeeding or bottle-feeding.
• Rest pillow: Lets your baby lie gently on their back and rest comfortably. Recommended when your baby can lift or support their own head and neck.
• Playtime cushion: Sit your baby in the cushion’s embrace and use it for support, or place your baby on their tummy to explore. Recommended once your child can sit unaided.
