HOW TO USE?

Fill the bottle with warm water. Tighten the nozzle onto the bottle. Sit on the toilet. Turn the bottle upside down and squeeze it to release the water. Direct the spray towards the perineum, washing the intimate area. After use, pour out any excess water and dry the bottle.
