2-Piece Big Plate Expand Series MNTL Magnetic Block Base Plates, Green+Blue

2-Piece Big Plate Expand Series MNTL Magnetic Block Base Plates, Green+Blue. A perfect building depends on its base! The 2-piece Big Plate Expand Series MNTL magnetic block base plates include 1 × classic green and 1 × classic blue base plate, each measuring 30 cm × 30 cm.

MNTL base plates help children build stronger constructions twice as high and bring their great ideas to life. The source text also mentions a pastel pink and classic blue pack in one place; colours are as shown on the product packaging.

STEAM learning through play

Magnetic blocks are excellent for creating a variety of 2D and 3D shapes, encouraging creativity, fine motor skills, spatial awareness, hand–eye coordination and STEAM concepts through play.

Open-ended toys

MNTL is an open-ended toy with no predefined rules. Children decide what they build – castles, animals, rockets, vehicles and more. Creation grows richer with age, from 2D to 3D and from flat shapes to tall towers.

Educational toys

Besides being very fun, MNTL is educational. Open-ended play stimulates imagination, and different shapes and colours support many learning goals. These toys are often used in Montessori education. The good plate size and star grip support motor skills.

Compatible with Picasso Tiles, Connetix, Magna-Tiles and other magnet layouts of the same size.
