Description
Everyone knows that rubbish should be sorted, but are they doing it properly? Our children should know about this important environmental issue. They throw rubbish away too and create it too, and it is especially for them that we should care for the environment.
The game teaches children to sort waste through hands-on play. It includes a wooden box with a lid and holes for inserting the tiles, along with a board featuring four baskets, which is placed on top of the box. The set also includes 2 dice and 50 double-sided printed wooden tiles.
One player can play by sorting the tiles and then checking the result, and the game can also be played by several people. One side of each tile shows rubbish and the other has a smiley face in the colour of a bin. After a tile is dropped into the corresponding hole, it falls into the relevant compartment, making it easy to check whether the answers are correct.
The product includes
- Green basket – happy face – biodegradable waste, e.g. cores and food scraps.
- Blue bin – smiling face – waste that can be recycled and reused, e.g. glass, plastic and waste paper.
- Black basket – neutral face – waste that we throw away without sorting, e.g. old clothes.
- Red bin – sad face – hazardous waste that is difficult or impossible to dispose of, e.g. batteries, medicines, etc.
