A rug designed with this technique is more resistant to foot traffic and sheds fewer fibres. If you have pets at home, we recommend rugs made with techniques other than Loop, such as Cut Pile.

Washing instructions

• Machine wash separately on a delicate 30ºC programme, using a machine with a capacity of 8 kg or more. Do not use bleach. Use a mild soap and do not use fabric softener.
• Do not leave the rug in the machine after the wash has finished, as the colours may run or stain other parts of the rug.
• Tumble dry at a low temperature.
• Avoid drying in direct sunlight.
• Don't worry if fluff appears – it is residual fibre left from cutting the cotton. For the first few days, we recommend brushing the rug with a stiff brush in the direction of the pile and then vacuuming it.
• If you find long or loose threads, cut them off with scissors. Never pull a thread.
• Keep away from fire.
