Washable Rug Woods Symphony Vintage Nude 140x200 cm. The gentle hum of bees, birds singing in the distance; these little sounds make up the forest symphony that inspired this design. A mélange of cotton yarns (linen, natural and pearl grey) with longer scattered tufts imitating little blades of grass. A washable rug design destined to become a classic. The borders reveal the canvas base, with edges finished in frayed fringes. On one side, the canvas carries hand-embroidered letters reading "The Cotton Song of the Woods".

Our rugs can easily be washed at home in a standard washing machine. They are handmade by artisans who take care of every detail. They are made of 100% natural fibres and non-toxic dyes.

Washing instructions

Machine wash (capacity 8 kg or more) separately on a delicate 30ºC programme without bleach.
Use a mild soap and do not use fabric softener.
If the rug has braids, fringes or pompoms, choose a low spin speed. Do not leave the wet rug in the washing machine, as the colours may run or stain.
Tumble dry at a low temperature.
Avoid drying in direct sunlight.
Don't worry if lint appears – it is fibre residue left from cutting the cotton. For the first few days, we recommend brushing the rug with a stiff brush in the direction of the pile and then vacuuming it. We do not recommend robot vacuum cleaners.
If you find long or loose threads, cut them off with scissors. Never pull a thread.
Keep away from fire.
