Sensory Activity Board Buss 40 cm x 26,5 cm

Children love to imitate their parents and reach for everyday objects, but most of these items are unsuitable for play. So how can parents ensure that their children can explore the world safely? A busy board gives little ones the chance to explore a variety of movable elements in one place.

A children’s busy board is usually a smoothly polished wooden board with movable elements that toddlers can play with by moving, pressing, opening or turning them. Very often, the board’s elements are familiar everyday objects, such as keys or zips.

Benefits of busy board play

Playing with busy boards brings nothing but benefits. Moving the various elements is a great way to develop manual and intellectual skills while satisfying children’s curiosity.

As they play, children have to work out for themselves how each element works. This positively influences their observational skills, logical thinking and understanding of cause and effect.

The busy board on offer is shaped like a bus, sure to catch the attention of any little vehicle enthusiast. Many of its elements also relate to the automotive industry, including wooden cars and illustrations of a car wash and petrol station.
