Want to stop arguing over sticks for toasting marshmallows, slicing fruit and getting your stick ready? The outdoor children's knife with a sharpened edge makes it easy! Thanks to its short, sturdy blade with a blunt tip, compact size and wooden handle perfectly shaped for children's hands, kids can gain their first experience of carving and handling knives. The knife is safely stored in a sturdy fabric sheath with hook-and-loop fasteners and a loop for attaching it to the belt. A pair of special cut-resistant children's gloves and a wooden cutting block complete the set!

Children can help with cutting using this wood carving knife. The blade of this outdoor knife is sharp, because blunt blades are in no way safer than sharp knives! Cutting with a blunt knife requires much more force, which drastically increases the risk of the knife slipping and causing injury. Of course, children's carving knives should always be used under adult guidance and supervision, and according to clear rules. Knives are not Toys, but tools! They are ideal for nature walks, adventures and expeditions – because child-friendly outdoor and exploration equipment turns the world beyond your front door into an exciting place full of adventures!

Outdoor and exploration toys are in demand and belong in every range. They are especially popular with parents, because a balanced daily routine with plenty of exercise, fresh air and curiosity about their children matters to them. The “Discover” wood carving knife set complements products 12338 Explorer Set “Discover”, 12337 Explorer Belt “Discover” and 12336 Explorer Backpack “Discover”.
