Please note: This product is made from untreated wood. For outdoor use, the wood must be treated with a suitable stain or wood preservative. This treatment protects the wood from rotting and warping, but does not guarantee that the product is 100% waterproof. Due to this product’s tongue-and-groove construction, small gaps may appear and may change slightly with the weather.

For outdoor use, the playhouse must be treated with a suitable eco-friendly/child-friendly wood treatment on both sides of the panels. Please make sure the wood is treated before placing the playhouse outdoors, and remember that the treatment does not guarantee that it will be completely waterproof.
