Adjust the backpack straps to suit your body type to help prevent back pain and discomfort. Carrying a heavy bag or backpack for a long time may cause back or shoulder pain. We recommend distributing the weight evenly in the bag and switching the carrying side. If you intend to use the bag or backpack around children, make sure small parts (e.g. buttons or press studs) are securely fastened to prevent a choking hazard.
