Velvet Footmuff

The velvet footmuff is designed for comfort on walks in cloudy weather. It is a great alternative to “unruly” blankets that can slip off or fall out of the pushchair. Openings for a 5-point safety harness help keep the footmuff in place, so it won't slip down, and provide adequate protection depending on the weather conditions. Is it going to rain? Beneath the outer cotton layer of the footmuff is a nylon layer that protects against getting wet. Drawstrings create a hood and provide warmth. Is the weather improving? The footmuff can be fully unzipped, so it can also be used as a liner. The opened section can be folded up and put away in a bag.

Materials and construction

The outer layer of the footmuff is made of cotton with a beautiful pattern. Beneath it is a nylon layer that prevents water from getting in, and a very lightweight, thin polyester fibre filling that helps maintain a suitable temperature. The inside of the footmuff is soft, gentle quilted velvet.
