Wooden Collectible Sailing Ship

This wooden sailboat collectible model is a replica of the sailing ship “Sorlandet”. Its name is displayed on a wooden base, adding authenticity and identifying this particular ship. The Norwegian flag can be seen at the top of the real sailing ship, highlighting its origins and connection to Norway.

The model’s sails are impressively unfurled, giving the sailing ship a majestic appearance. They are white with a black pattern, creating an eye-catching contrast and showing off the beauty of the sails. The hull is mainly burgundy and white, with a green stripe that gives it distinctive character and style. This colour combination is not only attractive but also traditional in sailing.

Small cabin windows on the sides of the hull add realism and suggest the interior of the ship, where the crew can rest and work. Anchors can be seen on the sides of the bow, a typical feature of sailing ships that points to their use in harbours and at sea. Lifeboats can be seen on board, an essential element of maritime safety. These details add authenticity and realism to the model.

The navigation cabin has horns and warning lights, highlighting its important role in steering and controlling the ship. The whole model comes in its original box featuring a ship motif, making it easier to store and an ideal gift for sailing enthusiasts and collectors.
