Creative DIY Kit for Plaster Animal Magnets is a delightful way for children to bring their imagination to life while practising their manual skills. With the materials provided, children can make plaster magnets in up to 6 different designs, including animals such as a lion or an elephant. The creative process offers more than an enjoyable activity: it also gives children the chance to develop artistic skills and concentration as they make something of their own.
Making magnets is not only fun, but also a great exercise for little hands. As children learn to mould plaster, they practise their manual skills and motor coordination. Painting the magnets stimulates visual perception while helping children recognise colours, shapes and patterns. From shaping the plaster to adding colour, each step invites children to take part, focus on what they are doing and enjoy the process of creating their own animal designs.
A creative activity with plenty to explore
This creative play has a significant impact on the development of a child’s imagination and resourcefulness. It encourages children to experiment and create, giving them the opportunity to make choices as they turn the plaster shapes into colourful animal magnets. The activity can also nurture creativity, curiosity about the world and artistic skills, while giving children a pleasant way to spend time making something unique.
Working on magnets together is also a wonderful way to strengthen family bonds and spend time in a pleasant atmosphere. Adults and children can enjoy the making process together, from moulding the plaster to painting the finished pieces. The result is a set of unique animal magnets that can decorate the fridge or a magnetic board. Children can feel proud of having created something beautiful and unique themselves, and enjoy seeing their creations displayed.
